A rich source of vitamin A

Carrots is not only a tasty vegetables, it is also a rich source of health, as it contains a lot of beta carotene, which is important pre rate of vitamin A.
In addition to, beta-carotene contains potassium, calcium, iron, vitamin K, folic acid and pectin, which in the digestive tract “rise-up”, and thus protects the stomach and intestinal mucosa.
Carrots also contain selenium –for the immune system the most important trace element. Protects against free radicals and other harmful substances, enhances the mucous membranes in the body, stimulates cell metabolism, acting rejuvenating, stimulates the growth of nail and hair, care for beautiful skin, strengthens the immune system, improves eyesight and helps the chicken blindness, strengthens the cardiovascular system, promotes the formation of sperm in men and increases the capacity for fertilization.
Because vitamin A is found mainly in meals of animal origin, carrots are an excellent source of it especially for vegetarians.
