Fresh Fruit

Fruits and vegetables apply as healthy food, which people appreciate for centuries. Fruits and vegetables contain full of vitamins, minerals, fiber and low fat. In the majority all of fruit and vegetables have low glichemical index. All this to us gives some momentum, and notes that the fruit and vegetables are ideal food to eat, and we must eat them as much as possible.



Kiwi Fruit

Kiwi is the edible fruit of the cultural forest vine Actinidia. Actinidia "home" is Shaanxi, China.
Kiwi fruit are oval, large about as chicken egg. This is approximately 5-8 cm in length and 4,5-5,5 cm in diameter. Kiwi has fibrous green-brown peel and light green or golden meat with about 800 black, edible seeds. The meat has a soft texture and unique flavor.
Kiwi fruit was originally known as the Chinese gooseberry, and then was, in the middle of the twentieth century, renamed because of commercial reasons, first in the melon and then to kiwi fruit. This name kiwi fruit is after the bird Kiwi from New Zealand, it would be this fruits peel looks like kiwi bird feathers.
