Diversification of meals

Consumption of vegetables and fruit is the basis for health, because these foods contain vitamins and minerals which the body needs to defend against a wide range of 'invaders' from the external environment.
On the day it's good to eat fruit and vegetables at least five times since:
It maintains the slender line
You can eat a lot vegetables, but you don't need burden that would be fat
It acts as antioxidant
Consumption of fruits and vegetables help prevent cancer development, some of the vitamins and minerals act as antioxidants
Prevent the consumption of other foods
If you eat for appetizer a lot of salad , you wont be hungry anymore, when at the main dishes will not take large quantities of oily additives that are dangerous to the accumulation of cholesterol in the walls of blood vessels that are blocked and causing formation of heart disease, heart attack or some serious impairment to the body
Filled with energy that lasts
Vegetables and fruits are mainly a source of quick energy that lasts. Fruits such as banana can fulfill the need for the sweet and the energy level rises rapidly
Diversification of meals
Taking a wide variety of colors of fruits and vegetables, which will add colors to each meal, will be satisfied with your eye, even more organism that will receive only high-quality nutrients.
